How do I start a 24SJU store?

After 130 successful establishments we have developed a winning approach! You will be supported throughout the process by our team of experts in construction, store operations, marketing & IT.

2.Find the right location.

After 130 establishments we have extensive experience of which locations are successful. Currently about 50% of our stores are in existing premises & 50% in our modules. Most commonly people contact us with a suggested location, which we then help evaluate.

3.Site preparations.

Here the process can look different depending on whether you want to open a store in an existing premises or want a module store. This may include building permits, ground preparations and negotiations with the property manager. Whatever your process looks like, our team will guide you along the way.

4.Training.

Now it's time to learn everything it means to be a 24SJUare! You will be guided by Stina throughout the whole process and at the same time get the opportunity to take courses in finance, IT, marketing & store operations. All to maximise your chances of running a profitable store!

5.Systems, deliveries & restocking

One of the most important parts of store operations is pricing. Anyone can have a 35% gross margin, BUT for you & the customer to be satisfied you need the best possible purchase prices — and we have them! In addition, you must have the right products on the shelves. Because we have invested in our own system, we also own all the data! That means that with 130+ stores behind us, we know exactly what you should have in your store. As a 24SJUare you of course get access to our pricing strategy & exclusive assortment data. All to maximise your chances of success.

6.Grand opening
